Can't decide if I want to place an order for this or not. Had the lenti and 1/4 in my cart for 15 minutes now.

Obviously you are looking for an excuse to go and buy it from someone in the forum so...

JUST BUY IT !!!!!!!

We should have a poll on how long everyone thinks this will take to sell out :naughty:

I wonder whether the Lenti or Full Slip will go first - Who am I kidding - Has to be the Lenti I guess

I ordered both and they're both great—and I know you should love all your children equally—but that is one of the most freaking gorgeous lentis ever made.

I wonder what the over/under action would be if I predicted three weeks for the lenti to go OOP.
:hilarious:

You can maybe join the GB to get your copies - I think it would still be open
Link to GB

Thank you for the link.

However I won't give 1 cent to this store anymore. There's no reason for me to double pay shipping, resulting in the steelbook or steelbooks costing even more.

It doesn't matter. I'll try to look at it as the opportunity that made me save $120. :p

It's just not a movie that's up my alley so to speak. I'm also concerned with the lenti. With the exception of Thor 2 and Tangled, I've been disappointed in Kimchi's lentis, but I like the concept of this one. Decisions, decisions. Lol

I know ... But I couldn't resist the 500 copies bit. Besides the 1/4 slips are my favourite.

I can't believe you didn't buy all of them. What's wrong with you NB?

Looking fine but this one is not for me, but its worrying to see that some folks experienced problems when ordering this as it will be a whole other ballgame when IM is released. Really dont want to think about that...

That's true. Before that, it horrifies me already.:ohno:

I saw your initial request at John's GB earlier today. Did you add an extra one? Hahahahaha

Great minds think alike :D

So why did kimchi flood the printrun on this compared to Thor and Frozen?!

Opinion Only
I guess the theory would be that with Scanavo a minimum print run would be required in all cases
Retailers like Zavvi etc basically buy part of a print run (so called shared) so they can offer an exclusive with lower numbers...case in point Mars Attacks where the release is exclusive in UK but actually shared overall with Germany

With Thor and Frozen basically there are releases in most countries so it would be easy for companies like Kimchi to split off a small batch for themselves

With The Pianist this would be not so straightforward to share with another country as it is a boutique release - Hence they have to take a large proportion of the pie - In this case at least 3.5k overall

I hope this as as amazing in hand, as it is in the mock up. I'm sure it will be even better. I like movies like this and the wrestler low stress ordering. I almost panicked for a second it wasn't loading a couple times

Full and Lenti ordered, didn't set the alarm, hassle free at 8.30am. Pity it won't be that easy for IM etc.
