thats normal. mine was in Incheon from the 16th to 21st. im sure yours will ship out within a day or 2

Amelie 3 pack was damaged, so they send me an empty new one.

Kimchi really do seem to go the extra mile. Combined with the quality of their exclusive products, they really deserve to be successful. Although I've never actually bought from them (I'm new to importing Asian releases), from what I've seen on this forum about their customer service, (and of course seeing the pics of their exclusives) I'm already a massive fan.
