Actually most steels I know have these. I believe its part of the creation process. I think its accentuated more with glossy steels.

My only complaint is the black and white inside artwork. Doesn't make sense that it was a cost-cutting exercise due to all the other goodies.

Why is it that many think that black and white inside artwork is a cost cutting measure? It is most likely a design choice in my opinion. It's the same with front and back artwork, collectors are always saying that studios keep it to two or three colours to save money. Is there really that much money to be saved by doing it?

exactly ! I dont think either that it is a cost cutting measure. I think ist a design chocice and for me i love it .
