Yes. Go to the login page and there is a black button that says 'Reset' on it

Strange... if that's all the button does then it seems a bit redundant.

It's OK thanks for trying to help the website isn't very user friendly to be honest, I would try to just make up a new account but my Paypal account is linked to that email address!
