Received the Full Slip today. Disappoined as it is way too dark and you hardly cmake out the details unless you flash some light on it.

$17 might be OK for now with UK members with UK customs

It's not an ok marked value for other European Members where the threshold is €22 for import of goods
$17 is only €15 it's to low of a value to avoid postal service forwarding parcel to customs in Rep of Ireland and Germany

It's already caused European members parcels been sent to customs for price to be questioned and members then been hit for Vat on real full value

It would be best if marked value be $20 to $23 for European members and have seperate marked value of $17 for UK only but don't be surprised if later UK customs start to ask questions

The more parcels customs question and notice from same retailer showing wrong value been put on cn 22 label this will eventually flag for most parcels from that retailer to be sent to customs

Manta labs might then have customs question them as to why wrong value on parcel
Customs often pass on this info to customs in other countries

I have 2 parcels from manta in transit Full Slip ordered direct and other is the Leather Slip from the GB I will take a guess both will arrive around same time

Manta Deadpool got sent to Customs both mine and Luke's parcels both arrived to mail center same time we both got hit for Vat Bills

I hope your revenant parcel and Luke's and mine avoid customs

It's looking like Dublin and Athlone mail center is paying more attention to parcels arriving from Korea and Hong Kong at the moment

Just recieved mine this morning, stunning, absolutly great work Manta!! The fullslip is amazing, the leather slip is amazing, the lenti has great depth. My only critique would be the 0-ring lenti, and not because I don't like 0-rings but because of the inconsistancy of lentis with Manta e.g. MOS fullslip lenti, Deadpool Lenti magnet with 1/4 slip and now Revenant with 0-ring. Manta you really need to decide on one type of lenti and stick to it!

Well, it'll be my last Manta GB.
This is the most I've spent on any steelbook before. With tbe GB fees and now customs hit, I won't be doing another. I can't justify that amount for one single movie. Especially when I could have ordered directly from the site on launch day without any problem.

How much do you have to pay to customs? Is there an invoice in the box do you know?

You guys need to chill out, how many of us have really been stung for customs?

Well, it'll be my last Manta GB.

Deadpool was Vat €13.23 + An Post handling fee €7.00 Total Bill was €20.23
Manta don't put invoice in the box it would not make any difference if they did customs would not believe the value was only $17.00 (€15.00) anyway and would send the usual letter requesting a copy of original invoice and PayPal invoice.

Your more likely to get hit by customs when Mail Center gets 2 or more parcels arrive from same retailer at the same time but what flags it mostly is the weight is different between parcels but price is marked the same value on customs CN 22 label that is why they will send to customs to question as it's bit obvious due to weight difference and scan of inside showing same items inside but other parcel has 2-3 items so how can the price be the same


If parcels arrive at different times you got better chance to avoid been questioned but it's luck really and them simply not bothering to pass onto customs but sometimes they do pay attention on purpose
My regular postman van driver told me this morning he had lot of COD payment collections today and said he expects to be busy with Christmas coming up for COD Customs payments

Luke's bill would have been more as he had both Lenti and Full Slip

As long as they not on purpose flagged all parcels from this retailer or in general parcels from Korea/Hong Kong we might just have been unlucky

We will know in next few weeks if your parcel and Luke's and mine all 3 of us get hit by customs again then it's more than just bad luck

Just because you're in a GB doesn't mean you're exempt from customs fees. It means you've been lucky up to now!

Every country is different. People clearly ARE getting caught for customs as you can see from some of the comments.

But we've such a small gene pool of collectors here in Ireland that's it's probably the same 10 people that's getting checked each time!! And that will eventually attract attention to that particular person and address.

We will know soon enough Parcels arriving from Kimchi and Manta soon to all 3 of us
Previous Kimchi parcels yourself and me got hit same and both Luke and me got hit with manta parcels same time
If all 3 of us get hit again for the revenant then it's a bit more than random

If the parcels arrive on different days to mail center we got a good chance we will not get hit by customs

LOL gene pool, you mean like all the collectors share the same genes

Anyway yea maybe the fewer packages that enter ireland mean that the chances are increased to get slapped with a charge! I doubt that they would bother taking note of particular people who get more parcels than others, unless of course it is decided by computer then it would be easy to track. Then again why spend money on creating a tracking system to see what people are getting more parcels delivered from international sources? It would cost quite a lot to do that and with minimal gain. They may as well just slap a charge on every single international parcel and then they would get a lot more money for little investment.......sorry just had an argument with myself there
