I'm undecided about the leather slip or full slip. But reading that I have to buy oils for my leather slip will probably sway me to the full slip. Can't be f*cked with massaging a slip case.
And those who keep it sealed probably won't be happy in a years time

I'm just going to open mine and enjoy it for what it is.

If it gets frayed or scratched, I'll think if it as getting character with age (like an old leather jacket!!)

Same here... I was definitely going for the full slip anyway, but was also considering selling some stuff just so that I could afford the leather slip too. Can't be bothered with the whole oiling thing though... plus I already get weird looks from my family for putting my steels in "condoms", as they like to call them.
