Jai Courtney (Jolt) is set for a key recurring role opposite Chris Pratt on Amazon’s conspiracy-thriller series The Terminal List, based on Jack Carr’s bestselling novel. Riley Keough, Constance Wu, Taylor Kitsch and Jeanne Tripplehorn also star in the series, which Pratt executive produces along with Antoine Fuqua, who directs, and writer David DiGilio. The Terminal List is a co-production from Amazon Studios and Civic Center Media in association with MRC Television.

Written by DiGilio, The Terminal List follows James Reece (Pratt) after his entire platoon of Navy SEALs is ambushed during a high-stakes covert mission. Reece returns home to his family with conflicting memories of the event and questions about his culpability. However, as new evidence comes to light, Reece discovers dark forces working against him, endangering not only his life but the lives of those he loves.

Not a very interesting teaser, but I was going to watch it anyway, 'cause of the genre, Pratt, Tripplehorn, and Fuqua.

Have 'ya'll' noticed, that from some day, there's now mini trailers before trailers - is the attention span of current audience considered as retatded, as of those from Mike Judge's Idiocracy?

After Navy SEAL Commander James Reece loses his entire platoon on a covert mission overseas, he returns home to his family with conflicting memories of the event and questions about his culpability. As new evidence comes to light, Reece discovers dark forces working against him and begins to unravel a far-reaching conspiracy. Free from the military's command structure, Reece applies the lessons he's learned from nearly two decades of warfare to hunt down the people responsible.

I didn't notice it was out already.
It gets The Drinker's approval, and after I wasn't going to watch Reacher, because I didn't like the main actor at first glance, but did upon his recommendation, and loved it, it means this will definitely be at least "very good!"

Wussy whiny critics pounding it as some 'right-wing' fantasy just cements my opinion about all of them, being lower than dried up vomit.

No spoilers here.

Yes definitely TTL has similarities with Reacher in some ways. I re-watched Reacher after TTL and felt the story telling was almost synergistic in that Lee Child is sort of a mentor/role model to Jack Carr.

Prime Video confirmed a second season of the hit conspiracy thriller The Terminal List from MRC Television, with season two based on Jack Carr's New York Times best-selling novel True Believer. Additionally, Prime Video announced today it has ordered a new untitled prequel series, to be co-created by Carr and season one creator/showrunner David DiGilio, focusing on fan-favorite Ben Edwards, portrayed by Taylor Kitsch (upcoming Painkiller and American Primeval, Waco, True Detective). The prequel series featuring additional iconic Carr characters, including James Reece (Chris Pratt), Raife Hastings, Mohammed Farooq, and Ernest “Boozer” Vickers (Jared Shaw), is an elevated espionage thriller that takes viewers on Edwards’ journey from Navy SEAL to CIA paramilitary operator, exploring the darker side of warfare and the human cost that comes with it.

Kitsch will star in the new untitled prequel series and serve as executive producer, alongside Chris Pratt through Indivisible Productions, Antoine Fuqua through Hill District Media, author Jack Carr, writer/showrunner David DiGilio, former Army Ranger Max Adams, and former Navy SEAL Jared Shaw. The Terminal List is a co-production from Amazon Studios and Civic Center Media, in association with MRC Television.

And for those who are fans of Taylor Kitsch's Ben Edwards, I'm happy to say that we're also working on a spinoff series that will delve deeper into his story and follow his journey from a Navy SEAL to a CIA operative. And to make it even more exciting, I will also be appearing in this prequel series! I promise you it will be just as thrilling and engaging as The Terminal List. Stay tuned for more updates and we can't wait for you all to join us on this journey.”
