Maybe, they are selling the ‚imperfect copies‘ now.
Oh sure, they warn they can't offer replacements but I think that's more than fair at $20 a pop. I'm just surprised they haven't sold out their stock to people looking to make a quick buck, the warehouse finds have been posted about in a few different places now so it's hardly a secret, they must have a big warehouse. :p

I'm wondering why they haven't sold out, $20 is a steal when they're selling for three to four times that price.
the reason why they aren't selling out as fast is because they have:
inventory_quantity: 4829 copies of Cabin in the Woods
inventory_quantity: 4086 copies of Warm Bodies
inventory_quantity: 132 copies of The Man who Fell to Earth
inventory_quantity: 1314 copies of Wicker Man

I thought you were joking till I checked the source code, why on earth are they sitting on thousand of copies?

Calling them a warehouse find is a stretch when we're talking 10k + copies.

Was thinking the same, no way they just ‘found’ thousands of steelbooks.
They don’t just go missing and reappear, I suppose a massive Kill Bill stash is next.

Possible reasons:
- They held back stock for later sales, promos, or replacements, a very common tactic companies use to control supply, avoid overselling, and keep it ‘limited’ for collectors.
- Maybe they reprinted and called it a ‘warehouse find'??

Guarantee that Best Buy returned them to Lionsgate or Lionsgate bought them back and they’ve been sitting there for a while.

4k run in the US pretty much unheard of because that usually only meant 2-4 copies available in store

For those interested, I've posted a group buy and I'm willing to source as many copies as needed.

I've added this disclaimer beyond what I normally post.

Lionsgate has expressed there are no returns.
If something is seriously damaged, I will force them to take it back, but small OCD defects will be passed on.

I've restocked the group buy with some additional copies, they all look great.
