Another Re-release Arrow are getting like zavvi
Arrow Video are a distributor who licence films from various Film Studios and arrow do their own encoding of discs and often produce new extras not included in previous releases.
Most Arrow Video releases have better disc encoding than other distributor's releases including the film studios own Blu-ray releases even when no new extras are included.

Arrow have a licence agreement with various film studios that covers a large range of film genres and have done some excellent releases some of these are sold out before release date.

Zavvi are only a retailer who sell products offered to them from various film distributors with most of these been trade wide releases in UK and Europe with various retailers
Arrow is one of the film distributors that sell their releases on Zavvi/Amazon/HMV etc in UK and also in USA/Canada with various USA/Canada Retailers
Some retailers get exclusive editions in terms of packaging used on occasions from Arrow and other film distributors.

Zavvi no different to Amazon/HMV/Zoom UK and other retailers in Europe/Asia selling lot's of new Blu-ray releases that are released every month from lot's of various film distributors.

Zavvi/Amazon/HMV have no involvement in Blu-ray Disc encoding or production of releases they just sell other film distributors releases offered to them.

Amazon sell lot more Blu-ray releases than Zavvi do if you not aware

This release from Arrow will be better than previous Universal Blu-ray release even if no new extras included.

It's a great film and all and I'm sure there'll be some spiffing shelf-space-guzzling packaging but there's some very random 'big' films Arrow are getting now that aren't necessarily crying out for more attention...

So is this definitely Arrow Video, or will it end up being a standard Arrow Films release like the others?
