Seasons 1-4 should be 4/3. That's going to be big deal for a lot of fans.
Of course. You can't make 4:3 into 16:9 without ruining the image.
You would either have to push-in on the image (cutting off the tops of peoples heads), or digitally stretch the image (which they do on some cable channels and looks awful).
You can't make a square into a rectangle. True aspect ratio is the only way to go. If people don't like it- there is a button on the TV remote to stretch the image yourself.

$150 is a great price although I reckon next year there will be another set released to include the new season and we'll see this one at $99 in Black Friday sales
