Compared to Captain Falcon this is a really nice steel even if some mistakes were made.

I think the lack of enthusiasm is mostly down to all the ill will Marvel has built up over the last few years, it's a factor but I think they probably deserve some praise for the things they get right?

Agree. Cap 4 was lame, as was most of the last phase, discounting d&w and gotg3. Although d&w didn't seem like an mcu film to me at all, which is probably why I liked it so much. Thunderbolts was good. Decent mid level, relatively grounded film. Florence totally dominated it, though. There wouldn't have been much there of interest without her.
