I think what people are *TRYING* to say is with the popularity of steelbooks increasing, the effort put into the design decreases.
If I had my choice, I would never buy another Amaray again. That being said, when I buy a steelbook from the US and I get a cheap matte finished, no embossing, no inner-artwork, I feel cheated. Like it should be the same price as the Amaray. I understand the disillusion. But complaining about the presence of too many steelbooks, rather than the underwhelming design of the majority, will not fix the problem.
Hopefully if we voice our opinions properly, things might start to change. Or the US steel market will collapse as most imports seem to have a little more effort put into them
