Plot: Tolkien explores the formative years of the orphaned author as he finds friendship, love and artistic inspiration among a group of fellow outcasts at school. This takes him into the outbreak of World War I, which threatens to tear the “fellowship” apart. All of these experiences would inspire Tolkien to write his famous Middle-Earth novels.

Sounds good.

Apparently the guy lived up the road from me on one the Haywoods(great haywood or little haywood) and local rumours are that Stafford(shire) and The (Cannock) Chase which the Haywoods/Stafford are all so close to each other, were his inspirations for his Hobbiton Shire (bit of a chilled farming county so sounds about right)

All local rumour mind.
