Yes, but following the link you can see that it's offered by various Amazon sellers either as as good as new or as new.

Yup I have the original of this and Patriot both with blue banner and ugly backs .... my guess is possibly art on back of these ... but if not, wow total fail. I already dont like the translation tho of this title.
