I don't think I've ever come across a German disc that had forced subtitles. That's usually a French thing (specifically TF1)
How reliable are jpc.de?

Got information on another forum: German subtitles can be switched off. Just posting to inform fellow ninjas who could be interested.
Sounds about right.
Of the German Blu-rays I've got (maybe 10), they all have German menus, but give you the options of languages and subtitles. I always select English language and no subtitles.
The only one I have personally where it's a problem is Rambo: Last Blood. So much of the film is set in Mexico, but there's no English subtitles for non-English dialogue.
Too bad, I thought this was German and the mock up was the way I wanted it. Extremely OCD I know. I might get it anyway.
At least the plates can be swapped over, that would make the title the other way up.
The inside art would be affected, but it depends what's more important I guess.
