Ocielz let me know if you want a copy - I can get it for £10 delivered to me (about $16) but then need to ship from UK to US (about £10 again for postage and packaging).

Retailer wise I could only find it on eBay - £10 delivered to UK, but wouldn't discount for multiple copies (in fact I think he quoted me more (per copy) for two when I asked!).
