Note Amazon
Product description might be just a copy and paste of info from the previous Universal Classic Monsters 4K Icons of Horror Vol 1 and 2 releases
As it lists exact same discs info as those previous releases (Includes 4K UHD, Blu-ray and a digital copy (Subject to expiration. Go to NBCUCodes.com for details.)

It's not 100% if this includes both 4K UHD and Blu-ray
Might be just 8 UHD discs + Digital Copy
You will not be missing any extras if this new re-release is only 4K UHD
The listed extras are also on the 4K UHD discs as I have the previous 4K+Blu-ray Icons of Horror Vol 1 and 2 USA releases

If this was to include 4K UHD and Blu-ray it would be 16 discs

This was originally scheduled for release on 10/3/23 but now Amazon is listing the date as July 2024. Not sure what the hold-up is but 9 months is a long way off.

What was the original release date btw? July 1, 2024 (as per the OP) obviously isn't correct

EDIT - Found it... October 3, 2023
