Thanks for sharing the pic. For those who ordered these steelies online for delivery, you can hold off until you see them in your local stores on Sunday to return the online purchases and re-buy them in-store at the 9.99 price

And I am glad the ad mentions the $5 movie cash which makes the Batman steelbooks an even crazier deal at under $5

When I picked up my online order it automatically price adjusted. No arguing needed

Hey guys-just wanted to post this cuz I am a Steelbook fangirl, LOL.

It seems this means that BB has been given promo support (one of the sticking points in creating more visibility of Steelbooks). When I went to pick up my True Blood Season 4 BD a little while ago I went to the center of store and there was a whole shelf of Steels, with this sign. Dads need Steels, too

Another day of Futility at Best Buy still no steelbooks, again asked a clerk to look up the 3 sku's I want for now and the first two came up as being ordered once more but not shipped but there was a glimmer of hope the third Clash of the Titans he said had been shipped and there is a possibility it actually might be in store as it was shipped on the 23rd not sure if I believe him but still a possibility I guess.

Sir, you can try to just ordering them and having them shipped to you? If they are damaged you can just return them to the store. I've rarely ever had an issue doing it that way, but of course YMMV since their packaging is not the best.

I did order 2 last week Book of Eli and Sucker Punch but thats the rub if I order them online and have them shipped to me I cannot exchange them in store because my store evidently is intent on not getting them just like Ghost Rider.

If I am going to order them I will just wait tell Sunday and the sale problem is one of the three I want Shawshank Redemption is back ordered for shipping so even then I can't get it (I had it on my order last week and canceled it because of it being back ordered).

Hey Sir-yeah, I was thinking you could order them and then return them to the store for refund, then order them again. Of course a pain in the arse, but at least hopefully you get them instead of making near daily trips to BB, ha!

Well your best bet is to go online and do a store pickup. Normally I call the store after my order is ready to be picked up to make sure that the items are in perfect condition.

It's an extra step you have to make, but it sure beats driving down only to be disappointed.

And treat them with kindness and kindness is what you'll get in return (this goes for both Steelbooks and BBuy employees

With all this talk of paint chips -- are these of some weird lower quality than usual? (sorry I havent been keeping up with this thread as much for the last 10 or so pages).

But I guess even so and with no inside art, $10 is a pretty sweet price for some of these.

Just order like 6 or 7 each of the ones you want for delivery and keep the best of them and return the rest. Also that might pretty much guarantee a box delivery

Peeps that go to smaller stores, what were your stock numbers like?

Seems my store got 4x of each, besides tdk and batman begins, which had 8x.

Trying to figure out if none had sold, or really if a bunch were purchased.

Pretty sure 1 person cleaned out the ghost rider steels - I've been 4 times in 3 weeks and not seen 1.
