Judging by the titles, I'm guessing these will be the same as the Canadian releases.

Or, they all say Premium Collection, which is the same as the white digibook series. So they might even use the white digibook art.

These all have white Premium Collection digibook releases in various countries, so I think that looks more likely now given the listing titles.
