Worst horror movie would have to have been River of Darkness. Rented it from Red Box 4-5 years ago, not even damn scary, just a close up of the main characters face the whole time. Lol

I enjoyed Drag Me To Hell but it does have some silly moments that are more ridiculous than scary.

Basket case 2 & 3 are pretty awful. They verge on the "so bad its good" territory but didn't quite get there for me.
