Apologies, don't mean to sound rude but Far Cry 4 is based in Nepal, which is kinda the same thing I guess. Like by Indian subcontinent i kinda meant India i guess, like you know it could be based on the Thugee cult like in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. Cheers

I would like the next Far Cry to be set in ancient Egypt. Although that sounds crazy, I just love ancient Egypt.

The main character could be a refugee who wants avenge his family by getting and assassinating the pharaoh.

To get this done, he needs all. Kinds of ancient weapons and new modern ones since people still think ancient Egypt was made possible by aliens.
