Lady Bird was a realistic representation of a young woman in high school just trying to get by with not being popular, a realistic portrayal of some over protective moms, and struggles with the opposite sex.

Thank you!! #bestweekever

Black Panther - Great visuals, acting was on point, delivered in the comedy aspect as well...9/10

Black Panther was bad ass and had some great women in it! Action, comedy, romance, suspense!

Star Wars: The Last Jedi

We finally get to see what happens when Rey meets Luke. Do we find out the truth of Rey's parents? What has happened to Luke all of these years?

The movie is a blockbuster action film, and those that want to dissect everything will be disappointed. Those that will relax, have an open mind, and enjoy the new worlds & incredible action scenes will be rewarded.

Looper (on TV a few nights ago).

It's been a while since I last saw this - but I still have major problems with it.

It is a well paced action movie, decently acted, with an unusual premise - though Joseph Gordon-Levitt's fake nose is distracting at times. But the problem is that one of the central elements - time travel and it's consequences - are handled so illogically that I find the film almost unwatchable. I've sat though it twice now - there will not be a third.

Saw Black Panther and while I enjoyed it I didn’t enjoy it as much as others. Thought it was a solid movie but wish there was something more. My expectations were extremely high so that might be the issue, still would definitely recommend others to see what they think!

GAME NIGHT

actually was pretty funny. bateman was on point and mcadams was cute and funny

great movie for some good laughs definitely a surprise for me

thanks for the givaway

Watched Black Panther yesterday, strong performances all around and looking forward to seeing them interact with the rest of the MCU, up there with Marvel's best methinks.

Last movie I saw was The Shape of Water. While Del Toro's direction is great as always, I wasn't 100% drawn into this 60s Cold War era movie. That doesn't mean I didn't like it, it had fantastic leading and supporting actresses as well as a great leading specimen :D

Just saw The Ritual (2017).

It's a really suspenseful little horror flick.I really love the mythology they used, so I might be biased, but they pulled it off really well. Great cinematography, some establishing shots were breathtaking. Very solid cast, good pacing, really engaging. I'm glad they didn't rely on jump-scares, but rather the overall atmosphere.

Ferdinand

I rate the movie 7/10. Like all animated films there are a lot of lessons in life to be learned. Dialogues are fine and not over the top. Animation is great. Very suited for young children.

The original Night of the Living Dead last night. I'd never seen it all the way through. Obviously it's very dated and amateurish but it's also hugely influential and ahead of its time. Really inspiring if you're interested in filmmaking.

The last film I saw was at home, Todd and the Book of Pure Evil: End of the End (Wiki link for the curious).

I enjoyed the movie very much. It's animated, as opposed to the original live action show, but the comedy and spirit of the show still shines through. While not really treated with the sensibility I believe a last adventure should warrant, it was still fun to see the old crew get into new bloody adventures against the dark forces. I wish they would have had the chance to really flesh out a last season of the show. Still, I give it an 8.7/10.

Thanks for the #bestweekever #ninjaweek @digitalbabe!

Black panther

Great movie, great story and execution and visuals. Great acting.
The only downside for me was the fight scene with killmonger. Considering most fight scenes with black panther are pretty amazing that fight was abit of a let down for me.

Probably rate the movie 7/10

Thanks for the giveaway :)

Black Panther

First half is a lot of fun, but the second had too much happen in too short of a time without any proper build up and just melts into generic Marvel territory. Visually it's really exciting with all the African scifi designs. The acting in it is also a class above the usual Marvel fare, especially Danai Gurira and Andy Serkis. Give me more fights like the casino one please.

Thanks for the giveaway....

Black Panther, was pretty good, decent action, great visuals, thought it was a little overhyped...greatest marvel movie ever...no, but very enjoyable.
