One that effected me the most growing up and I love to this day is:
And I am a huge Argento fan so DEEP RED is one I can watch over and over again as is Susperia.
Thanks for the giveaway.

Thank you for the giveaway @digitalbabe

Event Horizon would definitely have to be one, and I think the very first Halloween movie as Michael Myers is my favourite between Him, Krueger and Voorhees.
Thanks for the giveaway.

My favourites are Nightmare on Elm Street and Hellraiser.
Ones that have really stuck with me are The Fog and The Thing. Seen at a Carpenter movie marathon when I was ~10, they are probably not as scary as I remember, but before that I had only really watched Star Wars and the like, so this was a complete system shock.
The two best horror movies of all time:

The Exorcist

The exorcist is scary as hell regardless your age.
For me my favourite two horror movies from one decade would be:

House of 1000 Corpses
The Devils Rejects

Both Rob Zombie films!
THANK for the amazing giveaway

The two best horror movies are
The Thing (1982 of course) and Alien
