Probably not going to get this but I vote for inside art #2. Its great when the collectors have some say so.

Poor Richard Grant's face is sliced by the spine in Option 1, but that will be in line of the in-your-face humour prevalent in the movie. I can just imagine what Withnail will say about that if he saw it. So against the grain of opinions, I will go with Option 1.

Never seen it, nice to see something other than a Blockbuster getting a Steelbook though

So many non-blockbusters have received the steelbook treatment.
Go to Germany or Amazon.de and you'll be shocked by the amount of non-blockbusters in steelbook packaging. Not that anyone cares about those crappy steelbook releases though. Usually printed text on the back, no artwork, ''meh...'' movies or movies nobody has ever heard of

By the way:

Image 2 is better, but could you like mirror it or something? So the darker part on the disc side and the nicer part on the open side.

Everyone of you have DIRECTLY INFLUENCED THE DESIGN PROCESS.

The studio and zavvi have taken note to many suggestions and decided to flip the art so the disc doesnt cover it up.

Its not a complete flip as the figures still face the same way, but color is blended out to the right.

I did the same a while back to be able to vote on the inside artwork of Play.coms 'Terminator' steelbook and have found the forums here to be a great source of info, and very helpful members

I missed out on the poll, but would have chosen the second pic and agree with the point of the artwork for steelbook insides should have a 'left sided' image to use the pic to its best so the news that the image I would have chosen has won and is going to be modified to suit is great news.
