I got this today, £7 on ebay, ive not seen it so its being opened this weekend, is it any good?

To some, not all.
It's a Cult Classic and a highly rated film but not everyone's cup of tea (and cake)

Agreed, this is a beautiful steelbook in hand and definitely recommended. The hard sell is the film which many won't be familiar with. My advice is to pick one up at £10 and give the film a go, it's good dry British humour at it's best.

Agreed. Possibly the best Steelbook StudioCanal have done to date and none of the issues that have plagued their recent releases

At that price it'd be criminal not to order it. I am doing that right now, thanks for the info .

I haven't even heard of this film before I knew about this steelbook, but it seems to get great reviews and it's a good thing HDN chose the (inside) art, I believe that's three with Olympus Has Fallen (back/front) and The Wicker Man (inside), hopefully we'll get more opportunities like that in the future.

I suspect this is struggling to sell, and I also suspect Zavvi realize sales will only get worse now. It's been confirmed that Arrow are doing a new 2K restoration of this for release next year, surely with many special features (hopefully old ones and new). Perhaps they might even do a steelbook as well?

This might be a nice steelbook, but I've little doubt it was an attempt on Studio Canal's part to squeeze the last drops out of their licence before it runs out.
