Flushed away. He's a pretty good voice actor. Although, I think perry cox would object to this whole line of questioning.

I know this is subjective and based on personal preference, but cmon!

The Prestige is an awesome movie! no doubt about that, but it is hardly the film that showcases the dramatic and physical nuance thay can be displayed by this great actor. while both Bale and Jackman do a wonderful job in the film, the Prestige does not get carried on the back of either actor. its the ensemble effort of the two actors that allows you to still admire them individually yet maintain a tremendous focus on the film and story itself. in other words Jackman and Bale never outdue eachother professionally trying to stick out more than the other all while playing off of eachother and that is a good thing as it allows us to focus on the plot. So, while I love the Prestige as a film and as an achievement of an ensamble cast, I wouldnt call it a stand out performace for either actor in particular (for those of you who grew up watching wrestling its like saying that Luke was a better Bushwacker than Butch. It makes no sense as they were a tag-team).

Both Actors have been involved and starred in great movies! but my suggestion is if you want to see Jackman perform at his best, watch 'The Fountain' (even if you have trouble with the premise of the film, its still a wonderful treat to see Jackman work!). For Bale (since we are talking about 'The Prestige') I would suggest You watch 'American Psycho', for that is a film with no glitz or glam but strong and powerful acting.

@ Black Sunshine: haven't had chance to check out The Fountain yet but I feel I will be going to very soon as I see it getting a lot of positive feedback here.

I agree that in The Prestige wasn't the best performance from neither of the two mentioned actors but its my favourite film with Jackman........Imo one of the best Bale's performances was in The Machinist, if you haven't seen it you need to check it out.

I would say Wolverine, although I havent seen Van Helsing or Australia yet (both on my list of movies to watch)
