If HMV is WWA and this is same as HMV. Only other France i know is FNAC which is also WWA. How is it 2 different steelbooks for France?

The steelbook included in the box is exactly the same as the HMV (embossed/debossed) and the Fnac steelbook is flat. So the Fnac exclusive steelbook is WEA.
