because he actually set out and completed his mission, he killed half the universe, he made the hulk cower, he sacrificed and killed those closest to him so the mission was complete, he showed zero fear to the other MCU villains (Ronan, Loki, red skull) he came in contact with. And although endgame is a different thanos he put up a good fight toward them all (after already killing most of them)
he’s a purple gangsta. No Villain In any superhero film has come close
Isn’t it an adaptation one of Marvel’s most iconic story arcs though ‘The Infinity Guanlet’ with over a decade of building canon leading up to it so that’s why it feels earned. So Thanos’s “best live action villain title” really is more to do with the 21 movies leading up to this two part event film of Thanos’s grand entry and the universally fan loved source material even if it’s loosely adapted. I’m sure Thanos is a great Supervillain as a story point of view as he’s the big bad wolf of the Marvel universe but comparing the evil plans of Thanos against Zod or for any other other villain for that matter is an unlevel playing field. When Uxas/Darkseid and his master plan/adaption is introduced then the playing field is balanced and would be up for debate cause at the moment there is only one entry in this live action adaptation world ending god tier category.

I’m actually basing this on his 2 main appearances. None of this behind the scenes stuff of the other films or comics etc. And how they set him up shouldn’t matter. It worked. No other franchise has done that over so many films.
Zod was great. But not as good as Thanos imo
I’m not trying to sh!t on DC by the way. but every superhero film (Marvel, DC etc etc) has a villain, they reek havok, the hero’s nearly loose and then they come back. Film over. Thanos was different
okay him killing people was no shock, it had to happen. And that happening made him a real threat in these films. That and what his reasons were, what it meant to him, how right he thought he was. It’s what it needed
darkseid hasn’t happened yet so I can’t comment on what he will be like. They might f**k it up. Who knows

Anyways back to the Wonder Woman steelbook and the perfect casting of the beautiful queen that is Gal Gadot 
Couldn't agree more! When there's already a billion steels using poster/similar art, then I'm all for being creative and going totally left-field, which is what I feel Titans of Cult are all about.
That being said... here's my old concept featuring yet more Gal-goodness.

One last thing. If I could have 2 wishes in regards to the DCEU. It would be to see a Snyder MOS 2 and the Snyder cut of justice league. I think a lot would agree with us on those 2 haha

You more than anyone know I love left field and creativity. But when you can’t tell what film the steelbook is for then I don’t agree.
And usually I’d agree with you, but the selling point of Wonder Woman is Gal. I’d much rather take Gal on every Wonder Woman steelbook releases over a shield that could belong to anyone. Also, all the Wonder Woman steels have used alternate artworks. I know there’s a lot but I don’t think there are any recycled in this case. Plus all the Wonder Woman artworks/ posters etc are actually decent which is rare. That tank art has never been used. That would be a million times better. The colours on all the posters just work to well..

Dunno, I feel all WW releases so far have used similar style designs (poster art), and that's honestly when I stop paying attention to who's released what as they all just look kinda samey IMO. I grabbed the one I liked most (Manta's) and called it a day lol.

Snyders cut is out there. He has it. It got a lot of buzz over the past few months with the cast and millions of people asking for WB to release it. Apparently it will cost them millions to put it through post production and add all the CGI in etc but certain actors like Mamoa have also confirmed they’ve seen the rough copy.

Yes that’s right Martian Manhunter is in Zack Snyder’s Justice League
It’s done 99% complete there’s only one scene Zack wants to shoot and that’s the Martian Manhunter scene from the storyboard above but as an artist is never truly done so I’m sure he will fine tune a few things. There is a lot of movement behind the scene currently with lots of great progress with Zack using the November Twitter Event as fuel to fight the good fight with WB and get his version released. My guess is we should see it on HBO Max in 2021 would be doubtful this year.
Oh right, I didn’t realise it’s finished in that sense apart from that one scene.
Last I read was there was loads to do that would take a lot of time and money to clean it all up and WB didn’t want to invest in that.

Yeah it’s hard riffling through it all as there is a lot and the movement of #ReleaseTheSnyderCut is huge but yeah there’s been quite a few large hints that it’s complete along with all the people who have seen it and says it exists for eg Momoa and Jay Oliva as the most notable ones. I think legally Zack can only release Pre-Viz on Vero so actual proof is hard to attain so you’ve got to read in between the lines.
