Same artwork as the JB Hi-Fi steelbook in Australia. (they have international shipping).

They do ship internationally, I think, but it's expensive as F**x.

Wouldn't know. JB Hi-Fi is banned in my country. Only available through proxy or a VPN.
Have you tried accessing them directly using https, i.e. https://www.jbhifi.com.au/
Their site always uses the https protocol, but if I try http://www.jbhifi.com.au/ it always gets automatically redirected to use https:, so I might be completely off base.
Yes, it automatically redirects to https. It doesn't work. It's banned in my country, sadly.
