I went earlier today and the store only got 5 -- all were gone. Another store nearby has 1 left. I reserved it til tomorrow but the guy who I thought wanted it does not anymore. Getting it from Canada. Take off, eh.

Anyone else have trouble getting a decent copy of this? I had to open 4 to get a somewhat decent copy. First one had paint chips, second was dented, third had scratches under the cardboard and hidden by the stickers and finally, the 4th just had a tiny piece of missing paint so I kept it. BB probably thinks I'm crazy lol.

Yeah....it would be very difficult doing a GB given the fact that each BB only got 5/6 copies. Hopefully it will get better in the future so we can help out other collectors who have been so helpfull to us.

I was thinking more of buying online...of course there would be no way to ensure mint copies since best buy's packaging sucks

Try not to return too many steels at BB.. Only return the ones you can't stand to look at! They have a return policy... if you return an X amount of product they wont let you return anymore stuff (even if its broken and on fire when you walk in) I'm sure BB will come out with more Steel Exclusives and its going to be the one want 100% Mint condition that will show up damaged and they won't take it back :tear:

They gave me a hard time about returning some skylanders and they kind of blackballed me at one branch but it really doesnt matter because there are so many by me. I just dont give them my name and I say I dont have an ID, and use cash if u need someone else to go!!!Some NO HASSLE return policy as they state on there phone message!

lol ..Tried that but the 4 close to my house won't do anything unless I have a Recpt. Geeez they won't even do an even exchange! its like dude.. your the only US market store that sells these and your fricken name is stamped on the Movie!! really you won't even do an exchange for the same product?

My CS is good at my best buy so far... what I dont like is that direct tv guy roaming around the store trying to prey on customers. I'm sure some probably have better tactics but the one in mine is annoying always trying to sneakily stike up convo with me ... leave me alone.

OH about the steel, actually looks pretty good but I surprisingly hated this movie.

I got to my Best Buy before they had even put them out on the shelf and they only had 3 copies total. (They had to search the cart for me) Lucky I got one that's mint. At least I think it is. I don't open mine, so I can't say for sure that underneath the cardboard is mint, but I couldn't feel anything at least!

I can already see it in the headlines, The Best Buy Stalker has again stalked another victim. Customer ran out the door screaming and swearing.

I'm just glad that they had some in back. I guess they weren't out on the floor because they're remodeling the store at the moment. I guess I should just be lucky they didn't close the whole store down to do the remodeling.
