Looks brilliant. And I'm so happy @zavvi has made an account on here to let us know that our copies will be on the way shortly. The steelbook looks brilliant and it'll be my first from them. Can't wait to have it in hand.

I doubt this will be shipped today as debit card not been charged yet

Looks like it will sometime from Monday unless debit cards get charged in next couple of hours to be shipped later today or release date gets changed again

This one begs for.embossing and gloss but getting both are highly unlikely.

Wasn't there something about Disney not doing Gloss finishes on Lenti magnets due to the magnet scratching the finish (or am I dreaming it)? I think a GOOD Zero finish is the best of both worlds for lenti magnets. No damage and not a 'Warner' matte.

You are kind of right. This is why we rarely see glossy Steelbooks with Lenticular magnet. Man of Steel Manta Lab was the last one I have been with full gloss finish.

I have the Man of steel best buy Gloss steelbook that came with a preorder lenticular magnet, and whilst the magnet doesn't really badly damage the steelbook it definatley creates hairline scratches which are annoying.

For any lenti steelbook i am completley happy with a zero/ HQ Matte finish.

I have the same and you're right. I've got the magnet on the back to cover up the non-existent artwork so the light scratches aren't to big an issue.

QED (and that's why the vast majority of modern steelbooks are given a zero finish as opposed to other).

I don't mind these not been a full gloss finish but would be better with spot gloss

I do though would have liked the title embossed and other areas embossed on the recent Zavvi Disney Lenticular Steelbooks and with a spot gloss finish

Examples of fantastic looking lenticular steelbooks the Spider-man steelbooks spot gloss and embossed

List as Sold Out again on Zavvi website due to release date arriving and no stock on the system
It's not Sold Out.

I expect this will have another release date change or if stock arrives later this week then cards will be charged and then shipping shortly after

@zavvi do you know if the stock is arriving at Zavvi this week

So the Sold Out-ness is a site error. It will be going back on site soon. It looks like there's been a delay in stock. We'll speak to the team and see what's happening!
