I went and dig out my stocks. Found the France release which is dented.
And the Japan release.

does anyone know if FNAC has re-released this steelbook or is this just the amaray version?

It is still the steelbook
There's plenty of that in my local FNAC store, and it is part of the offer "buy 2, get 1 free".

Once Upon a Time in the West is also part of this offer
Of course, the free title is the cheapest.

No that's the amaray version, e-mailed them in March this year, with the same question. The steelbook version is OOP and deleted. But how ever you can find them at local stores.
