Makes no sense to me either - really disappointing when you think about it! The only thing I can think is that maybe they put out the inferior sets just to get them out, as sites like HMV won't have it available until December. Maybe Paramount is planning to re-release it and surprise us?

Here's hoping they exercise some sanity and do exactly that!
