I am still furious that they missed a golden opportunity. They could used a nice theatrical poster as the front artwork and stuck the current one on the inside

Employees from Best Buy are reporting that their 007 steelbooks have poor print quality .... I'm now wondering if these from Zavvi are any better? Or glossy?

This is why there is only 9 Steelbooks getting released

That's strange - as I recall it SPECTRE was mentioned or representatives of the organisation made appearances in more than 9 of the Bond films.

Starting with Casino Royale have the villains connected to an unknown organisation which turns out is spectre and is revealed as Spectre in the new film

Dr No in the novel is not connected to spectre but in the film Dr No it's mentioned Dr No works for Spectre briefly
So I'm surprised that was not released as a Steelbook

There also of course Never Say Never Again but that's not a Eon Productions Film but is a remake of Thunderball

Bond Films were SPECTRE is mentioned or part of the story
Dr No (The organisation is first mentioned briefly in Dr. No as the organisation for which Dr. Julius No works for) SMERSH in the novels is replaced as SPECTRE for the films – a global terrorist organisation.

Skyfall at the end of the film the new M mentioned a dangerous threat which is what leads to the new film SPECTRE
