Looks like WEA. The Blu-ray banner across the top going through to the spine reminds me of the old steels.

Front art is perfect but the finish/treatment look disappointingly sober in matte with no 'bossing and no metallic reflections (judging from these pics courtesy Steelbookpro) ...

... which seems like a wasted opportunity when something really special could've been created here with the framed 'bossing style of say PAN'S LABYRINTH or A BUG'S LIFE as but two examples with similar framing:-
