^ See where you're coming from . . . speaking for myself I'm very glad that both steelbook artworks are so different thus giving the haters of one the choice of buying the other and vice versa.

As can be seen U.K. steelbook covers artwork inspired by original poster designs - admittedly a bit samey in style and content (unsurprisingly considering the nature of the film) - they still work well together although hand on heart I'd have preferred something different on the back but looking at the options I can't for the life of me find something else that fits better or even as well with the chosen artwork for the front as the one they chose:--

For a second steelbook my choice for the front could only be one of these two . . . again from original poster designs:-

Thank you @virkia. At least we know where this artwork came from now.

But since it's a live action movie and not animated, illustration and clip arts just don't fit to me.
I guess that's the reason why I don't like popart or Mondo...

^ Yes, of course I understand where you're coming from but let's not forget that there's a whole bunch here in the U.K. (and other territories) of non-animated films with "artistic" sometimes almost comic book steelbook artwork even for films that have no comic book origins. Some may consider that a bad thing whereas I don't.
Arty or tarty?

These examples below of "artistic" U.K. steelbooks are neither classed as Project Pop Art nor Gallery 1988 steelbook (by "artistic" I'm not talking Pop Art etc. of which of course there are many too) and surely some examples shown here will appeal to lovers of steelbooks everywhere no matter which way they lean:-

I wish that this one had been in gloss it would have really made it good.
I have to say that I was a disappointed with the movie itself, it looked great but it needed a better supporting cast and their characters expanding, as it is a short film and leaves the whole aftermath out of it.
