You could be happy then . . . and as *reported previously the only European steelbook edition of DOCTOR STRANGE complete with its title on the spine is the one coming to the U.K. . . .
The Film Arena steelbook mock-up is shown here below and as can be seen is a title-less steel (if the spine is really like that then looks pretty stunning to me and looks like there's no space for a title anyway).
In conclusion, looks like we'll have to wait a while longer for confirmation that the Fnac and other European editions will be like the Film Arena mock-up or like the mock-up at the head of this thread.

* Report from December 2016 revealing information that ROGUE ONE, MOANA, DOCTOR STRANGE and other future Disney release steelbooks will only have spine titles in the U.K.
