In Quebec, Law 101 is a law for protecting the french language. For example, in store fronts or menus in restaurant, the french has to be twice the size of the english. And obviously, if a product doesn't have french it can't be sold. Apparently this one has no french so not for sale in Quebec.

Well the Harry Potters are ok, the french language and subtitles is included so it's fine. Plus, it's a first name and last name thingy, you can't translate that
