Apparently this will only be available from Italy. Shame, I’d like this without the Italian but at least it’s only the film by parts at the bottom
Is this going to be one of these ones with forced Italian text on screen and no English subs for foreign speaking parts....?
Thanks for the info. Just preordered from Amazon.it. Saw this recently and really enjoyed it. I thought Apple tv had exclusivity after the cinema run so didn't expect a physical release ...

You really don't need Martin Scorsese written three times on the cover...
Unlikely tbh. Italian distributors can be so dicey. If it were German I'd be more optimistic, so no chance I'm ordering until it's in hand. I can turn off forced IT subs, but loading forced english subs externally is a pain.
Btw, how do you turn off forced Italian subs, are those likely on this release? Because I've heard Coda also had an English release from the same company, also Apple produced but this is a major release.
Can't comment on coda sorry, I don't own the disc. You usually need a modded player to remove actual "forced" subs, rather than ones played by default.
If you have a Panasonic player though, you should be able to change any forced subtitle position, and move it out of frame. So, it's still playing, but you just cant see it. That's no help if there's no English though!
prefer the color palette of the poster tho.. and the poster as a whole too, even when there are similarities
