Watched this the other night and thought it was an utter hoot. Never seen the original Anime but have read enough to know the live action version had to be toned down.

Usual bland Anchor Bay packages available at the moment. Would be nice to see a steel of this film with both 3D and 2D included.

Yeah the original anime is pretty infamous lol ...tho i have not seen it myself (really can’t be assed now with anime that aint on blu).
Kite - At first i thought this movie wld be pretty redundant like most anime movie remakes, but going buy the trailer it looks pretty stylish. I'd watch, though for a steel it wld probably be dependant on art and price

Would definitely buy this despite never hearing of this movie or the anime show it is based on. Any movie with Samuel L. Jackson and a stunning girl is worth a purchase if released as a steelbook.
