So I bought a seagate wireless hard drive (2TB) and I'm trying to figure out how to get it to work with my iPhone and iPad.
I downloaded my entire iTunes library to the hard drive, but it's not letting me view. I even tried, without luck, downloading a third party app to view the movies. I read something about converting the files to a different format before downloading to the hard drive. Does anyone have any advice/ideas to get this thing to work. I'm quite un knowledgeable about technology. Thanks in advance!
