Netgear N600 issues

So I just lost connection to my netgear wireless and I have no idea what to do. I've posted a pic of the light configuration in case that tells a story. The blue one appears to be flashing itermitently and the two Anvers below it flash from time to time. It's kinda weird cause my phone can see it when I turn on wifi but when I try to surf I get nothing. I'm on the 3G right now.

Well good Gdamn. I've been friggin with this thing for about an hour trying to get things right and as soon as I post this it comes back up. Hahaha. Guess it was an issue with my provider.

The instruction manual usually explains you what the LED codes mean lol. Different routers may have different colors and sometimes different ways to tell you there's something wrong.
