"players met" not updating

I've tried a few times to message some guys I am playing with but for some reason my "players met" string is not up to date. most of the players listed I've met on BC2 and I haven't played that for weeks. Is there a setting somewhere to re-set this or am I missing something?

It does that all the time after updates to me don't know why don't think you can fix it though.
