Great metal congrats and JSDvD packages are one of the best (plenty of bubble wrap ) so don´t worry.

Anybody else had any issues with the slip? Mine was so damn tight and took me an age to get off. When I did finally get it off, the paint had been taken off down the side

Yup, exactly the same. Had the same problem with a number of TW steels!

Yup, as well as Elysium and Olympus Has Fallen.

I've found the best way to remove them and not damage anything, is to get 2 sheets of A4, fold them length ways and then width ways (so you get long and thin, then thin and half the length), then slip one down the front and one down the back of the slip, looping them around it. Put it on a desk or another surface that won't damage anything, but will also give some rigidity and support, then push the steel whilst holding the 2 tabs.

It's a faff, but it seems to work.
