Suda 51/Mikami horror game named 'Shadow of the DAMNED'
Japanese publication Famitsu has unwrapped the first details on EA's Shinji Mikami/Grasshopper horror collaboration, confirming the game will be know as Shadow of the DAMNED.
According to the magazine, the game pits players in the shoes of a motorcycle riding “demon killer” who whizzes around the place dispatching hordes of “denizens of the underworld.”
Apparently, the horror romp utilizes a Resident Evil 4-type viewpoint as the protagonist goes about his demon slaying shenanigans. 1up claims the game’s out next summer for PS3, while Famitsu mentions a spring release.
Expect more details as Electronic Arts’ Tokyo Showcase gets underway shortly.
