Yuck. I liked this steelbook in the mockups, which make it look like more of a beige color. This won't match the classy art of the lenti slip very well at all now, but it'll definitely match the hideous toxic-waste-neon-green of the full slip.

They keep dropping the ball on this release. First they inappropriately made edition two a lenti when that art was screaming for a full slip, now this.

I think it was always going to be black, that's just the light reflecting on it that makes it look lighter. I think it looks decent, It will be good to see some better pics.

I know the background is black, I was referring to the skull, lettering ,etc. All of that looks very green in the photo above, whereas it looks beige in the mockups. This photo doesn't look like it's properly color-balanced, though (the entire photo has a greenish/bluish hue), so the steelbook art might not be as green as it appears.

Yeah it does look darker in the actual pics. I think it looks nicer than it did in the mock ups though, the Green is more vibrant IMO.

More vibrant, but it doesn't coordinate with the color scheme of the lenti slip nearly as well. That's why I don't like it. If I liked and had signed up for the green full slip, or if this was a standalone steelbook, I'd probably like the green artwork on it just fine.

It probably goes better with the green slip but I'm still happy with it and I've gone for the lenti. With having various packages it's inevitably going to suit one more that the other.

It looks decent enough, the embossing is pretty cool but I still think the front artwork looks too small as the lines around the main image aren't that noticeable.

That looks fantastic. What is that, spot glossed TEXTURE on the steelbook itself ? that's new to me. Very innovative. Eliminates the scratches you inevitably come across on high gloss steelbooks. But doesn't look as awful as a straight up plain matte black steelbook.
