Steelbook cleaning question

I have a small problem. I had some steelbooks stacked with bubble wrap in between. The matte steelbooks are fine, but there is what appears to be a residue left on the gloss ones.

Basically, there are little circles left wherever the gloss touched the bubble wrap. I tried using Goo Gone, but had no effect. Has anybody else had this happen, and if so, any helpful tips?

I've never stacked my Steelbooks and never will, so sorry if this doesn't help. But, I clean every Steelbook before I poly bag it & I always use a brand new microfiber cloth. Sometimes Use warm water to help remove glue. I lay microfibers down & let my steels rest on them when I take photos sometimes.
