Gatefold is split and torn as is the inner picture sleeve

I have sent an email to waxwork but not yet got a reply they usually reply quickly they must be busy today to not have replied yet

Waxwork have already dispatched a replacement it will be just the gatefold and inner sleeves

The replacement won't include the vinyl records as these are ok

It's the third time I had this happen split album covers with waxwork releases but they provided replacements each time

Dhl and Usps handle shipping with their releases

Packaging could be improved imo if they use bubble wrapping better to stop the vinyl moving during transit
