I think that's why they have not done this yet as well because of the 3d coming out. I got all the hdzeta version. FAC still have not done 4 yet. kimchi has only done T2 and T4, am still hoping they the other 2.

I held off buying the Nova version mostly because at the time of that pre-order, it felt like FA was working on this one, as we were voting for which steelbook artwork we wanted. (version 2, btw, we want version 2)

FA better deliver a FAC version of Terminator 2, ditto for Terminator 4, so that we have a complete set and not just 1, 3 & 5.

They are in love with Schwarznegger (not just the Terminator movies but we also got FAC editions for Sabotage, The Last Stand, Commando, Expendables, also "Black Baron"'s Terminator slip), so hopefully they won't have forgotten it— I don't think they "waited" for that 3D cash grab, it's more like they were swamped under many projects, and this WEA steelbook got put on the backburner like Minions, Child 44, or Dredd for a long time.

I think Karel did mention it waaaay back if my memory serves me well (that it was put on hold until the 3D release) But there wasn't an official announcement by FA or anything yet.

Terminator Judgment Day 3D is getting the UK cinema release on August 25th 2017

I would take a guess the 3D Blu-ray be around 2-3 months later after cinema release in some countries

Phew, thank god this is still happening, I was worrying we wouldn't get a new Terminator 2 Steelbook in 2017. There wasn't a single one in both 2012 and 2014 and I nearly died.
