Can anyone tell me, with regards to group buys, what is the story if you receive a damaged steelbook? I imagine if it's not the group buy host's fault it's a case of putting up with as nothing can be done? Received my 2 copies (one for me and one for my brother) today and one of them is fine while the other has a number of dents on the back. The lenticular cover is fine so it must have been dented in the factory before it was packaged up in the cellophane/lenticular. Do i just have to live with this?

That is really unfortunate; Novamedia is out of T2 completely. If it cannot be seen over the packaging there is really not much I can check and detect :\ You can contact Nova and they will offer you some reward points to use on a future purchase from their store.

Yeah it is one of those things that is not able to be seen until opened.

I think on previous occasion novamedia have sent empty steelbook as replacement with next order if original arrived damaged. I don't know who is best to contact novamedia. Whether it is GB host or final recipient @Zagreus
